Terms of Use

MUSA is an audiovisual creation platform assisted by artificial intelligence (image, video, voice generation and editing), operated by ELEVESSY GESTÃO, INOVAÇÃO, TECNOLOGIA E COMÉRCIO LTDA (CNPJ 52.038.549/0001-79 · São Paulo/SP). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts created with false data, or used to get around limits, promotions or blocks, may be suspended.

You agree not to use MUSA to generate illegal or defamatory content, content that violates third-party rights (including image, voice and intellectual property), sexual content involving minors, harmful disinformation, or material that violates Brazilian law. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

Content you create with MUSA is yours, for personal or commercial use, subject to third-party rights and the licenses of the models used. You represent that you hold the rights to any material (photos, voices, brands) you submit as a reference.

At MUSA, a DNA is the profile you build from references to keep your generations consistent: a person’s face and body (Human DNA and character sheet), a cloned voice, a brand, a location, a camera or color style.

• For your account only. Each DNA is private and serves only the account that created it. It is not shown to other users, and MUSA does not sell it, license it, hand it to anyone or use it to train models. You may not transfer, resell, license or make a DNA available to third parties, or use it on behalf of another account.
• Real people, only with authorization. You may only create a Human DNA or clone the voice of yourself or of someone who gave you express, specific authorization for that use. For a child or teenager, only with the legal guardian’s authorization. If the person withdraws the authorization, you must delete the DNA, and they may also ask MUSA to delete it directly.
• Brand and location, only with the right to use them. Brand DNA and Location DNA assume you have the right to use the brand, logo, material or image of the place.
• Prohibited uses. You may not use a DNA to impersonate someone, deceive, defraud, defame, produce sexual or intimate content of a real person, electoral or political content that simulates someone, or any use the person depicted did not authorize.
• Team projects. When you use a DNA in a shared Creative Studio project, the people invited see the result and the references of that project. Use another person’s DNA in a shared project only if their authorization covers that use.
• Deletion. You can delete a DNA at any time: its reference photos are removed from storage and, for a cloned voice, the voice is also deleted at the voice provider. What you already generated stays in your library until you delete it.
• Reports. Upon a report or sign of unauthorized use, MUSA may remove the DNA and suspend the account.

MUSA has no subscription and no monthly fee: you buy one-off credit packs, with no trial period. Generations consume credits, and the price in credits is shown on screen before every paid action. Payment is by card or Pix, processed by Stripe, and purchased credits do not expire. When a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance on their own. Prices, packs and promotions may change — what is on screen at the time of purchase is what applies. For any question about a purchase, contact support at the email at the end of these Terms.

Today the only thing on sale is one-off credit, and MUSA may offer subscription plans in the future. If that happens, whoever already bought credit does not need to subscribe to use it: the balance remains valid, and the tools that work with credit today keep working with credit for as long as that balance lasts. A subscription, if it exists, will be optional — and any change in pack prices applies only to new purchases.

The platform is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. AI models may produce inaccurate results; reviewing the content is on you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUSA is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings › Profile. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms; in that case generation stops, but your library is kept for 6 months, with notice before it is purged. For data deletion, see the Privacy Policy.
